Our Fee Structure

 

Early Years Contracts are offered to registered children between the ages of 9 months and 36 months old and

who are not yet at pre school and can be accepted onto fully funded places, a mix of part funded and part private 

or a fully private placements depending on your requirements, my availability and the child's funding entitlement. 

 

We are a 'baby setting' therefore children can access their funded entitlement hours up to and until

the term after their third birthday at my setting and thereafter they are encouraged to transition onto

pre school as by this age they do tend to outgrow our small baby focused setting.

This however is not to say that I would exclude a child whom has already been attending my setting

once they reach the age of 3 years old, but so far all of my families have been happy to transition onto

pre school around this age and feel that they benefit from a larger setting preparing them for their next steps 

towards school readiness.

If, however you and I are both agreed that it is in the best interest of your child to remain in my care beyond

the age of 3 years, then this is something that we would discuss on a one to one basis reviewing each case individually

against the needs of the child and taking into consideration, the dynamics of the group, current availability, ages and ratios.

Early Years places can be agreed as:

All Year Around Contract (47 weeks per year)

Term Time Only Contract (38 weeks per academic year) 

 

Both contract types are charged at the same hourly rate.

I do not charge a 'Retainer Fee' to hold a Term Time Only space.

Term Time Only spaces are restricted to either:

One Full Time Place (1 child attending 4 full days) or

Two Part Time Places (2 children both attending 2 full days each)

Full Time Place consists of 4 full days Monday to Thursday (I am closed Fridays)

Part Time Place consists of 2 full days as a minimum

I operate a minimum booking requirement of 7.5 hours per day and attending a minimum of 2 days per week

I do not offer:

Half Day Sessions

Short Day Session (less than 7.5 hours)

I do not offer places on a shift rota basis.

 

​The set days and hours that we agree will form our contract and you are charged as per your contracted hours

(not attended hours)

Early Years contracts are invoiced monthly in arrears of childcare provided

​​​Early Years Spaces are limited to 3 or 4 children at any one time

and of this only 1 space can be offered to infants under 12 months old at any one time. 

​I do not offer sibling discounts.​​
